I’m a real estate agent helping people buy and sell in NC.

I’m a North Carolina real estate agent specializing in residential homes, listings, and buyer representation across the NC market, with a strong focus on helping sellers who feel stuck or overlooked. I’m especially known for successfully relisting expired and withdrawn listings-homes that didn’t sell the first time but deserved a better strategy. Making a Strong Offer

When it’s time to write an offer, I’ll walk you through pricing strategy, contingencies, due diligence, and timelines specific to NC real estate contracts. My goal is to help you win the home while protecting your money and flexibility.

Due Diligence & Inspections

From Contract to Closing
